How much time will it take to receive my order?

Depending on the orders we have in queue and the shipping method you choose, it can take up to 3-4 weeks for you to receive your order. Your actual expected time of delivery will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

Do I have to pay the custom taxes?

There are no custom taxes for our US customers. For our international customers, the custom taxes have to be paid by you. Due to the price and shipping provided by us, it's difficult to calculate custom taxes for every country and pay it before shipment.

Do you provide a Packing Slip with the shipment?

No, As our initiative is to use less paper, We don't provide printed invoices or packing slips with shipments.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, we offer shipping to some European countries, Australia and New Zealand. A full list can be checked while you complete the checkout process. If your country is listed in the shipping countries then we will ship the order to you. You can subscribe to our mailing list to be notified when we start offering shipping to your country.

My order is taking more time to arrive than I thought. What should I do?

As mentioned previously, it can take about 3-4 weeks time from the date of shipment to receive the order. In some special cases or depending upon the place of your residence, it can take more time than usual. Please wait at least 30 days from the date of shipment before applying for a refund. Please note: refunds won't be provided in case the product is in the country of shipment address and is moving through the internal postal system unless we confirm with the post office the package is lost.

I received a damaged product/the product I received is not as described on your website. What should I do?

If the product you received is found damaged or if it's not the product you ordered please email us at contact @ with your order details including clear pictures of the received item. You would be issued a refund within 12 hours.

In case the product you received differs in size or differs in color then send us an email at contact @ with clear pictures, You will be given our office shipping details where you can return the item. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping will paid by you due to the nature of business.

I have placed an order by mistake. What should I do?

If you have placed an order by mistake or because of some confusion, you have 24 hours to report us the problem to us through our contact form and a 100% refund will be issued in such cases. If we received the report after 24 hours, a refund will be issued only after you reject the delivery of the item and a small fees on the order amount will be deducted if the item has already shipped from our warehouse.
